2011 Goals

My goals:

  • Get back into running starting February 28th
  • Run a 5K - no walking in Sept or Oct
  • Weigh less than 200 #’s by the end of the year

I will do this by:

  • Following Amby Burfoot’s running plan
  • Working out 3 x’s a week minimum
  • Changing 1 thing in my diet each month for the better
